Our negotiations with defence counsel had been in abeyance pending receipt of medical records from a sampling of class members. We received these records and provided copies to defence counsel. We hope these records will facilitate the settlement negotiations and bring us closer to achieving a fair and reasonable result.

We met with Defence counsel late last month and have resumed settlement negotiations. We will post an update and send a letter or e-mail to each of you when and if a settlement is reached.
